Service Description

If you are recovering from an injury or surgery or maybe dealing with a chronic upper limb problem, you are in good hands! At your initial evaluation I will perform an in-depth evaluation of range of motion, strength, swelling, sensation, proprioception, and coordinated movement. An upper body screen is done to identify other areas potentially impacted. An assessment of how your condition impacts your day to day life and your goals for wellness are identified. Your condition and prognosis is fully explained and together we set mutually agreed-upon goals which are developed into a comprehensive plan of care for your physician to sign off on.
